There is no user experience without context. Ethnography connects what people say, real behaviour & the sociocultural influences that inform both.
I’m specialized in user research and design consulting for e-commerce and new product/service development and market launches. My skills range from independent heuristic evaluations, individual usability tests and eye-tracking studies, focus groups and ethnographic research to concept design, information architecture and interaction design. Bilingual English/French fieldwork.
