We are seeking an organized Assistant to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for helping to support us in many phases of the research process, with particular focus on support for operational tasks, coordination with our researchers and vendors, and help for administrative team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant college degree and some experience within research agencies, project management, or customer service, with financial services experience a plus. You will have had exposure to qualitative research methodologies, and you are known for your attention to detail, superior organization, and proficient communication and writing skills. You are an out-of-the box thinker that doesn't stand for mediocrity or status quo, and possess a drive for excellence. A desire to grow and learn about researching product innovation, brand positioning, shopper insights, and online communities with consumer and business audiences is a must.

You are:

  • Able to support the team on project-related tasks, including:
    • Setting up calls, meetings, and research sessions
    • Taking notes during calls and fieldwork
    • Organizing and editing digital files, recordings, transcripts, and videos o Recruiting, scheduling, confirming, and tech checking participants
    • Reporting, editing, and analysis assistance
    • Learn new tools as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as social media posting, uploaded blog posts, or
    creating promotional images
  • Use KNow Research communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Zoom, Intranet)
  • Highly organized and detail focused, with an ability to handle multiple projects at once and consistently shifting priorities and timelines
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal - you are unafraid of asking questions or for help when you face roadblocks
  • A driven self-starter with a passion to innovate and learn from our team
  • Skilled with technology and social media, as well as online market research methodologies and
    technology platforms
  • Professional, confident, and flexible, allowing you to work collaboratively and effectively with
    clients, participants, and colleagues of diverse backgrounds
  • Passionate about unlocking the power of consumer insights to help drive agile decision making

You have:

  • BA/BS minimum
  • Exposure to qualitative market research practices including a wide variety of research methods
  • Strong Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular, as
    well as a quick learner of new technologies/software
