The Organization Change Analyst will work on high priority COO deployment focused initiatives by collaborating with senior operating leaders of DaVita Healthcare Partners. Organizational Change and Deployments will likely include:

  • Growth strategies across Kidney Care, International, Healthcare Partners and Strategic Business Units
  • Large-scale model changes to drive efficiencies and improve outcomes in the rapidly changing healthcare landscape
  • Integrated care business model development
  • Introduction and incubation of disruptive medical technologies
  • Commercializing portfolio of assets and business-unit specific operations strategy

The Analyst will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizational development, and clinical experience, is expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the business need, and assist with creating the support required to move people through the change curve

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborative, Change management oriented partner:

Ability to practice and implement aspects of Deployment and/or Organizational Change. Plan and execute various elements of a deployment.  Includes, but not limited to:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Sponsorship models
  • Communication Plans
  • Training plans and mediums
  • Project Management
  • Ability to manage a plan and integrate across work streams

Data & Analytics:

  • Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma, PDCA)

Written & Oral Communication:

  • Easily builds rapport, collaborative, and informal influencer
  • Builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks
  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
  • Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians

Travel: 25%-35% travel may be required
