We’re looking for a User Researcher to join our Product team, to enhance a user-centric culture, and to plan & conduct user research to drive product direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
  • Conduct user research with both qualitative & quantitative techniques for job marketplace/content and community/recruiter service
  • Represent customer voice of job marketplace/content and community/recruiter service
  • Build & run research framework and SOP for this product line
  • Work closely with data analyst and make BAU research plan & execution
  • Assist UX designers to conduct high-quality result usability testing
  • Facilitate workshops with the squad team
  • Create end-to-end business impact

 Who We Are Looking For
  • 5 years and above user research experience
  • Someone who has strong knowledge both of qualitative and quantitative research for digital products with proven success
  • Customer obsession
  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive & accountability
  • Great communicator with a proven record of good storytelling on user research reports
  • Able to translate reports into actionable
  • Data-Driven
  • Fluent in English
