How do I renew my membership?

Most memberships are subscriptions that automatically renew each year on the date they were originally purchased. To view your membership status and renewal or expiration date:

  1. Log in to your EPIC account
  2. Navigate to your account here, or click My Account in the top right corner of the screen
  3. In the menu on the left, click Membership Subscriptions

If your membership did not automatically renew, you can set up a new membership here.

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Log in to your EPIC account
  2. Navigate to your account here, or click My Account in the top right corner of the screen
  3. In the menu on the left, click Membership Subscriptions
  4. Under Actions, click the three vertical dots, then click Update

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Log in to your EPIC account
  2. Navigate to your account here, or click My Account in the top right corner of the screen
  3. In the menu on the left, click Membership Subscriptions
  4. Under Actions, click the three vertical dots, then click Cancel

👋 IMPORTANT: Upon cancelling, your membership will remain active until the end of your current term, but will not automatically renew.

How do I download membership payment receipts?

  1. Log in to your EPIC account
  2. Navigate to your account here, or click My Account in the top right corner of the screen
  3. In the menu on the left, click Memberships Payments
  4. Under Actions, click the three vertical dots, then click PDF

Why did my membership automatically renew?

Most memberships are subscriptions that automatically renew each year on the date they were originally purchased. This is stated at the top of the membership registration form, in a checkbox that requires your acknowledgement before completing payment, and in the confirmation email you receive when a new membership subscription is purchased.

You’ll receive email notifications prior to each renewal and can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current term, but will not automatically renew.

Do you offer organizational memberships?

At this time we do not offer organizational memberships. Memberships are for individuals and are non-transferable.

If you’d like to purchase memberships for multiple people in your organization, please reach out to membership@epicpeople.org. We’re happy to invoice you for the number of memberships you’d like to purchase, and provide instructions for how each person can create or log in to their existing EPIC account and redeem their membership.

Events

Where can I find my event registrations?

Event registrations are completed using a third-party platform and will not appear in your EPIC account. Upon completing registration, you will have received a confirmation email to the address entered on the registration form.

How do I update or cancel my event registration?

To update or cancel your event registration, please reach out to registration@epicpeople.org.

Can I transfer my event registration to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your event registration to another person. Please reach out to registration@epicpeople.org so we can update your registration.

👋 IMPORTANT: Reimbursement must be settled between you and the transferee and is not facilitated by EPIC.

Can I register multiple people in my organization for an event?

If you’d like to purchase event registrations for multiple people in your organization, please reach out to registration@epicpeople.org. We’re happy to invoice you for the number of registrations you’d like to purchase, and provide instructions for how each person can create or log in to their existing EPIC account and complete their registration.

How do I join Learning Week and conference livestream sessions?

Learning Week and conference livestream sessions are available exclusively to EPIC Members and will be added to the EPIC Calendar in the weeks leading up to the events.

To join the sessions:

  1. Log in to your EPIC account (you must have an active membership associated with the account to join the sessions)
  2. Find the session you’d like to join on the EPIC Calendar
  3. Click on the session, then click the button that says Click to Join or Watch at Event Start Time

If the link to join or watch is not yet available, you’ll see a notice that the link will appear closer to the event.

How do I join tutorials?

Upon completing registration, you will have received a confirmation email to the address entered on the registration form. This email will contain information on how to access materials, if applicable, and instructions on how to join.

When will event recordings be available to view?

Premium Video* is available exclusively to EPIC Members and generally published to the EPIC Library a few months after the event takes place.

To receive updates when videos are published, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on LinkedIn.

*Premium Video includes Learning Week sessions, select tutorials, and livestream recordings from the two most recent conferences. After two years, conference livestream recordings are made available to the public.

What are your refund policies?

Policies and deadlines to receive refunds for event registrations are outlined on the registration pages for each event.

EPIC is a nonprofit organization powered by members, volunteers, and a small staff of two. Please keep in mind that our programs, including our annual conference, do not yield a profit, and that membership and registration fees are a significant contribution to the expenses associated with producing our events and running our organization. Our goal is to make our pricing and policies as fair and ethical as possible, and we hope you’ll understand them in this light.

Do you offer discounts or financial assistance?

Discounted event pricing is available to EPIC Members and those whose registration fees will not be paid or reimbursed, in whole or in part, by an employer or other funding agency. Pricing options are outlined on the registration pages for each event.

Additionally, we offer a limited amount of financial assistance for membership and event registration based on available funding. Learn more and complete our financial assistance request form here.
