Requesting Financial Assistance

Thank you for your interest in accessing EPIC programs and events!

Please read the following information carefully before submitting the request form below.

• We generally award financial assistance in the form of partial discounts in order to support as many requests and as much participation as possible.
• Requests submitted through this form are considered on a rolling basis and awarded based on available funding.
• Financial need is our primary consideration in awarding financial assistance.*

Please allow up to four weeks for our response to your application. If your request is time sensitive (e.g., for an event that is about to occur) your application will be prioritized.

A separate application is used to request financial assistance to register for our annual conference. The application and deadline to apply will be made available each year when conference registration opens. Visit epicpeople.org/conference to access the most recent conference website, and navigate to the registration page to access the application.

*Financial need can be complex and hard to assess across socioeconomic contexts. We do not request sensitive information or documents from applicants. We consider purchasing power parity, income, and any additional information you may wish to share about your financial situation. Because we cannot fund all applications that demonstrate significant financial need, order of submission is also considered, and random selection may be used.
